As HR Partner, you will become part of the Group HR & Communication team based in Denmark and Poland. The team has 12 dedicated employees delivering on HR Partnering, HR development and HR operations.

Your role is divided into two areas:

  1. Partner for the Commercial area with sales units spread all over Europe covering tasks on all HR deliveries.
  2. Group projects and task delivering on HR development and HR operations.    


Your main tasks will be:

  • Driving annual HR wheel activities, e.g. performance & development review, talent review, engagement surveys etc.
  • Clarifying future capabilities, skills and training opportunities as well as roles and organizational structure
  • Recruitment processes
  • Participation in Group development initiatives such as development and delivering of workshops, courses and training
  • Development and implementation of new policies, processes and tools
  • With your HR legal toolbox to manage and resolve complex employee related issues
  • Dialogue with and advice for managers

To succeed in the role, we expect that you have the following experience and competencies:

  • You have a relevant academic degree (HR, psychology, general business administration etc.) and comes with +5 years of experience from a similar position in an international company
  • You have a good business understanding and experience in working with different cultures and nationalities
  • You are an experienced recruiter and trainer
  • Experience and interest in interacting with employees at all levels including local and global executives
  • You have excellent communication skills, and you are fluent in spoken and written English
