Digitalization Director

As Director of Digitalization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategic digital development of Kingspan LOGSTOR. You will drive our digital roadmap, optimize business processes, ensure effective data governance, and improve the customer experience for our B2B clients through modern digital solutions.

The role is anchored in our digital organization, with the team based in Løgstør, Denmark. You are expected to be physically present in Løgstør at least once a month, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work in your daily operations. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across functions and countries throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s digitalization strategy aligned with overall business goals

• Maintain and evolve scalable, future-ready digital platforms

• Ensure integration of digital tools and processes across the organization

• Improve the B2B customer experience through optimized digital touchpoints

• Enable data-driven decision-making through performance management and KPIs

• Safeguard data quality, platform compliance, and audit-readiness

• Lead and develop a small team of two employees

• Act as a subject matter expert and sparring partner on digital trends and technologies

• Collaborate broadly to ensure alignment and implementation of digital initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Digital Transformation, Business, or similar

• Proven experience with digital transformation, IT architecture, e-commerce, and B2B digital solutions

• Ability to lead complex projects across functions and geographies

• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, tools, and data analytics

• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe)

• Fluency in English and strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

• Willingness to travel approximately 30–40 days per year
