Are you a student looking for a flexible part-time job where you can gain valuable hands-on experience in an international company? Do you enjoy working with structure, quality and administrative tasks, and take pride in getting the details right? Then you might be the Student Assistant we are looking for in our Central Project Office (CPO).

The Central Project Office supports our international projects by ensuring that the documentation delivered to our customers meets both their requirements and our own high-quality standards. As a student assistant, you will play an important role in this work while gaining valuable insight into how international projects are managed in practice.

You will become part of our international CPO team of five colleagues, where collaboration, quality and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday work. The team works closely with colleagues across functions and countries, giving you a broad international network and valuable insight into how projects are managed in a global organisation. We will provide you with a thorough onboarding, and you will quickly be given responsibility for your own tasks while always having experienced colleagues available for support and guidance.

We offer a flexible part-time position of up to 14 hours per week. Your working hours will be planned around your studies, and we naturally accommodate exam periods.

Your role
As a student assistant, you will help ensure that our project documentation is accurate, well-structured and professionally presented. Your responsibilities will primarily be administrative, while also supporting the team with various ad hoc tasks and day-to-day project activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Formatting and quality-checking project documentation.
  • Editing Word, Excel and PDF files.
  • Compiling and organising project documentation.
  • Maintaining folder structures and ensuring correct version control.
  • Creating and updating presentations, documents and templates.
  • Supporting the team with administrative and ad hoc tasks.

Who are you?
You are currently studying at university or a similar higher education institution and ideally have at least two years left of your studies. Your field of study is less important than your ability to work in a structured manner, pay attention to detail and deliver work of a consistently high quality.

As you will become part of an international team and collaborate with colleagues across the organisation, it is important that you are confident communicating in English, both verbally and in writing.

We imagine that you:

  • are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality work
  • work in a structured and organised way
  • take ownership of your tasks and see them through to completion
  • communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken
  • are proficient in Microsoft Office
  • enjoy collaborating with others and are eager to learn.
  • have experience with SharePoint or OneDrive - This is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Gain practical experience that supports your future career
At Kingspan LOGSTOR, you will gain more than just a student job. You will become part of a global company where you will be trusted with responsibility from the beginning, gain valuable professional experience and develop your skills in an international working environment.

You will join a team of knowledgeable and supportive colleagues in an informal workplace with a high degree of autonomy, attractive employee benefits and a great canteen. Your workplace will be at our headquarters in Løgstør, Denmark.
